Rewiring your dopamine driven system

Just a few days ago I read a post where someone gave an instruction on how to reset your dopamine driven system. Actually, I think that is one mayor key on how to get comfortable being sober. So, I stopped drinking 1 year and 3 months ago and I started to consume sugar in a very frequent way, so actually I left my house every night at 21:45 before the supermarkt would close to get 1 or 2 chocolate bars or a package of ice cream just to finish it all the same night. Since now 12 weeks I cut out artificial sugar completely, so I am just eating fruits to get something sweet but not at all in this excessive way that I used to do it before. I also deleted instagram on my phone and sometimes I still install it again to scroll around. Youtube and youtube shorts now remain my guilty pleasure or my last resort of dopamine driven scrolling around. Apart from that, I have the impression that I already got my system more or less balanced and just a few more modifications are necessary to be more centered. What helped me a lot in this process, that I do yoga every morning just 10-20 minutes with a yt video from yoga with adriene (can highly recommend) and that I do at least 5 days the week sometimes even 6 at least a 30min workout a day more often around 50-60min also using bodyweight workouts from youtube or go for a run. Where did you recognise shifts in your dopamine sources and what were your steps to rewire your system? What helped you the most?
