What are the fundamentals I should learn for Bot lane, specifically in laning?

I am an Ashe OTP who got to gold last season. I want to understand the fundamentals of the lane, and I want to know what I should improve on during the laning phase.

I am working on my cs and last hitting, working to get ~7/min in lane at a minimum.

I also have basic understanding of support matchups, how poke supps give wave prio, how tank sups can all in, etc.

Besides that, what else should I learn about the lane? And are there are resources that I can learn these from?
