Superman Show to Watch

Hey everyone so I’m actually not familiar with superman at all, haven’t seen the Man of Steel movies or anything else. I’m thinking about watching either Smallville or Superman and Lois. Which one would you guys recommend and why? A few shows that I like are Supernatural, Dexter, Hannibal, Arrow, and Prison Break.
