The voice in Cigaro

It’s Debi Derryberry. I feel like I’m going insane here, I cannot find a source online that’s able to confirm this. I know Serj has an amazing vocal range, and I know Daron has an amazing vocal range. That child-like voice on Cigaro isn’t either of them, and more so it’s DEAD ON for this voice actress. I feel like I’m going absolutely insane, like someone has to have made this connection before or the band has to have talked about it at some point. But I cannot find anything confirming this, has anyone ever heard this before?? It’s not listed on her imdb but istg that’s an uncredited performance
