Is this infected?

Hi all.

Got a forearm tattoo on Saturday, and am concerned it might be infected - could anyone advise me?

Woke up this morning and when I unwrapped my arm there was some red bumps with some smaller pus sacks, like tiny spots almost.

It is definitely hotter to touch than my other arm and still swollen but unsure if this is just normal healing at this point.
