SatabSsd not appearing in file explorer

Hi,

My m.2 drive with windows is there on file file explorer but not my second sata samsung drive. It's there on the bios and is appears in device manager with up to date drivers and says its working fine. I can't locate it to set it as my install location on steam etc too. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
