I'm ATTEMPTING to write a satire based on a TRUE "not like the others" Girl. Do you guys have any suggestions?

This is a rough outline for what I'm going for. VERY rough. I know it needs more content between everything but I'm trying. I just need to know what you guys would say a pick-me girl would say/think/do
