Support Unresponsive
Does anyone know how to get a hold of the support team? Support has not answered me and when I emailed James directly I have not received a response either in over 10 days. I think I will give it another two weeks before I opt to sue with a product liability attorney. This is so lame, I don’t mind sending my devices over to get them repaired within the 90 day warranty because yes this is a brand new product first in its category, but this unresponsiveness is extremely scummy :(
