[TOMT]Ghost-like characters cartoon?

I have a core memory from when I was a kid (early 2010s). It’s an animated show, with a grainy look so probably from the late 80s to 90s but might be more recent, but not after 2015 as I watched it around that time. All I recall is that the characters where ghost like, all white kind of like the character Bone by Jeff smith. The only scene I remember is a group of these characters in a forest with torches in the night and it being scary for them. Any idea what that might be?
