Crazy first week
I have 30lbs to lose. First week I’m down 6! I know a lot of it is probably water weight and inflammation but I also had a complicated food week including a business trip to Europe which meant eating out twice a day (but no snacking between meals) and eating airport/airplane food. Food noise came back by day 6. I don’t even feel like I reduced my calories THAT much plus I drank wine every night so I’m equal parts shocked and excited. I know most weeks won’t be like this but I’ve struggled with roughly 25lb menopausal weight gain for five years and NOTHING has moved the scale like this so I’m sooo hopeful! Just had to share!!
