oximeter 2 year old asleep

I got a oximeter today because my son has RSV and he’s currently asleep, his oximeter is saying 97 but the concerning part is his heart is going 138-156 PR Bpm and he has a fever as well as he’s breathing fast. He has also had one febrile seizure shortly after turning 1 and hasn’t had one since. Should I bring him into the ER I’m extremely terrified right now.
