Bit annoyed tbh (advice)

Question at end. Been out 8 years didn't come out at 12 for my GP to refuse to give me the blood test needed for the testrone the gender clinic wrote a letter saying I should be on it (idk how to explain it this is what happens in UK after gender clinic asseces you) just feel like after 8 years I should be on T I've always known I wanted to be on it and never doubted it. My GP given my severa l different reason changing it everytime they r asked. Sorry for venting but my question is surely this is illegal or something like discrimination because they can't keep there reason straight. Anyways I'm changing GP but it's dumb. Came out at 12 to be 20 without a adams apple :(
