Should I avoid wearing tight pants, dresses and skirts ?

Ok so I marked this "18" just in case.

I'm a trans girl and I wonder if I should avoid tight clothing. I mean, we've all seen some trans people online joking about how it'd let a pre-surgery trans girl's stuff be visible through the fabric because of the tightness.

But concretely ? It's not something I'd be embarrassed about, I'm not very prude, though would it be an issue in terms of politeness and respect of other people ?
