Morning or Night?

Been taking half of 5mg for 3 days now. Currently also on 75mg of Effexor. Doctor told me to take it in the mornings as its stimulating, however the first few hours i feel quite tired and in the evenings its hard to fall asleep.

Should I take it before sleep/after dinner instead? Slight nausea, headache, tiredness, and insomnia at night is annoying.

I also have trouble waking up (due to effexor), will taking trintellix at night help that?
