Has this ever been floated?

I've always wondered for a while if SCS should poll their Ukrainian community to see what the opinion is on releasing HoR and to ensure that they can do so with sensitivity and respect towards the situation without seen as celebrating the current state of Russia in the modern day.

Perhaps they could donate most of the proceeds to humanitarian aid in Ukraine and poll the Ukrainian community on that to see if they would be fine with that if it was released that way?
