I get really annoyed over how much people associate this game with Elon Musk.

Title sorta speaks for itself. I feel very much like Deus Ex was very critical of people like Musk (just my own view of the game), and the wealthy in general. I've said before that I feel as though Bob Page is a perfect representation of Musk, except that Page is actually competent. So when I see people jerking over how Musk says it's his favorite game, or saying shit like "How long before Elon takes over the franchise?" It just feels like the point was missed. I genuinely feel as though the game has not only a message against the wealthy, but is also critical of how technocrats like Page or Musk play into the growth of the military industrial complex, exploit the working class, etc. So I feel like Elon was just too dumb to notice he was the villain, and it annoys me to hear people talk about him and Deus Ex in the same sentence. Idk, thoughts?
