1 void on 6 leg. Why did I get refunded?

Had 6 legs with 1 void. In the past, if 1 player gets voided they treat it like 1 less leg in the bet. But this time they just refunded my $10. This was quite a bet so I'm wondering if anyone has answers. Thanks.
