Updated Rank Structure Verbiage?

I understand if no one really has the time to comment and state the correct verbiage for each and every rank in the Coast Guard, however I know in the last few years there has been changes like needing to state about the shield, or no longer needing to state "...on a field of blue". I was wondering if anyone here would have some updated information about this as I'd like to know and hopefully it could be answered for anyone else who'd like to be prepared and ready.
