Pelvic Floor Therapy

I’m 18 and i found out i had vaginismus sometime in 2023. My doctor referred me to a gynecologist and from there i was recommended pelvic floor therapy. I went for a couple of sessions (like 3 or 4 appointments) before having to stop. I didn’t make much progress but i got some advice and also bought some dilators. The reason I had to stop going was because it was costing my mom a lot of money. I just wanted to know if there’s another way I can attend these sessions? Maybe covered by insurance? I’m not sure and i never told my mom that I have this so i’m a bit nervous to ask.
