Regular DVD of RITBOTBH?

I don't have a Blu-Ray compatible disc drive (plus my existing copies of seasons 1-7 are all on DVD). Also, in case that's my only option, is there any region-locking on the Blu-Ray version? I don't think it'll matter too much since I'm most likely to buy an optical drive that connects to my computer rather than a proper Blu-Ray player.
