Vinted Support isn't answering?
Hello! So I sold an item on Vinted and I shipped it then day after but for some reason on Vinted it says I haven't shipped the item yet!? It just says "Pack the order and sent it" And it's been like that fpr 3 days now and right when I saw that I messaged Vinted support and it told me I would get a respons within the next 48 hours... it's been 3 days and on Vinted it wants me to ship the package before the 21 February but I have already don't it! Will the buyer get a refund if vinted doesn't fix this? Will my package get sent back to me? Help!
