Honestly, I got this as a blind buy as a member of Vinyl Me Please and damn if I didn’t hit a home run. She brings the songs; but the highlight for me is her voice which is simply mesmerizing. Kinda like a smoky Karen Carpenter, in all the best ways. I’ll be diving into the rest of her discomfort sure.
