Am I overworking myself?

Recently I've been doing volleyball training twice a week, body weight workouts twice a week, and I go running twice a week. That's 6 days of exercise in a row with only one rest day in between. I'm starting to feel a bit of pressure (maybe also because it's finals week) and I'm not sure if this schedule is physically overworking me.

This week I went to gym on monday and wednesday, then volleyball training on tuesday and thursday. Today (friday) after i went running, I felt nauseous and dizzy. I feel like it's a sign I should let myself rest, but the people around me say that it's normal and that I'll get used to it. My parents are insisting that I go running again tomorrow and aim for a longer distance than I did today. I guess some of the pressure is also coming from them since I don't want to disappoint them and feel guilty about it.

Anyways, the problem is that I don't really want to (and will feel guilty if I) drop anything as I really do enjoy doing all of these activities during the week, but I'm also worried I'll overwork myself (based on my physical state today). Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should do about my schedule??
