Weird beeping noise when I start my car?

I have a 2015 c250 coupe and recently I’ve noticed whenever I start my car it makes a high pitched beeping noise. Also, I’ve noticed it adds one beep every time i get in my car. It sounds like an alarm or a warning, but I have no idea and can’t find anything on the internet about it.
