Did I get lucky?

When scrolling this sub Reddit it seems like there is a negative stigma around the workplace at Walmart. Everyone seems to have shitty TLs, incompetent managers, and barely doing their job coworkers. Did I strike gold and get lucky? My manager is very nice, and goes out of his way to say hi and ask how I’m doing whenever he sees me, and my TL is really chill and we constantly joke around while doing our job. And my coworkers all do their job, and don’t slack at all. Although, maybe I’m biased because I have only been working for a little over a month. I actually somewhat enjoy my job in the back as an electronics associate (I could not do front end cashiering, I appreciate all of you who do that).
