Coach letting us leave early?

My coach been letting us leave early since there's too many people but very little to do. She's not cutting our hours or changed anything. She knows my mom is in the hospital so it gives me time to visit her. Is it a soft firing of she keeps letting me leave early? Or is it okay cause it's slow and she's not cutting my hrs. I'm on good terms with her
