best ramen around?

hi y’all, i’m traveling from out of state. i’ve made it a goal of mine to try ramen in every city i visit.

price isn’t much of an issue, though i’d prefer if it was <=$40 a bowl, or super worth a higher price. also would prefer a place that “specializes” in ramen/has a specific ramen menu with a few choices, but not necessary if somewhere has a particularly good ramen.
