HELP. PLEASE.

Okay so, I watched an anime multiple years ago and I CANT find it for the life of me no matter how much I search, all I remember from the anime is a guy with a rusty talking sword (maybe- that might be a different anime combined with my memory) the main character has blonde OR purple hair, they’re part of a school type thing? And they all go out into different groups for some reason, I remember in one episode one character broke into the main characters room and stole some gold - or something of value, I believe I watched it dubbed - SORRY this isn’t a perfect description but it’s what I remember 🙏 😭
