Venza vs CRV Hybrid

I currently own a 2021 Venza limited but considering moving to a new car and looking at the CRV hybrid. I’m not a fan of the RAV4 - they feel so cheap. However, not sure if it is worth it to make the move to a CRV. What I don’t “love” about the Venza: • Feels very compact inside • No dials for… anything • Not the most easy-to-navigate display system

I would prefer to move to a 3rd row seating SUV, but all are pretty out of budget. I’d like to keep things below 40K. Located in NC for reference.
