new car for new driver

I'm 5'1 too preferably something I can see over. small and cute. Im still young, 19, so I might regret this but in a pastel color. preferably energy efficient. I'll say 10k max. if it can have a camera, im disabled and I think a camera for parking would make my life easier. And a brand that won't be targeted. I know I think breaking into a kia was a tic Tok trend and, not that I can afford it, Tesla is being targeted for political reasons.
