Any advice for a F2P player?

Hello guys! My goal is to have a 3 good sets of player (Infantry, Lancer, Marksman).

Can you give me some advice? Should i continue spinning the wheel for Mia?

Also in bear my first heroes are Jessie, Jasser, and Seo yoon, can you recommend another hero (especially im rally joiner)?
