Why is this row so trash ?

This bold red tree is suppose to be the assassin big/burst dmg tree, named “DOMINATION”, why is this row so trash? IMO this row is severely underperforming w the best thing here being cheap shot which is just OK.

Giant slayer is better than everything here by MILES, what gives ?!?

Thoughts?, also Inspiration sucks used by no mages… missed opportunity, why Riot never ban/nerf thing based on its usage… -_-

IMO inspiration should be all about CDR and mana/mana regen & “ingenious hunter” should be there.
