Kinetic wind sculptures
Does anybody know a Wisconsin metal artist that makes those kinetic wind sculptures? I know I've driven past some places in the past in NE Wisconsin but can't quite remember where. Looking for an artist preferably in NE Wisconsin but I am willing to travel as well. Thank you for your help!
