Abdominal muscles
I don’t have visible abs, I’ve never had them even after I dropped to a very low body percentage, I was 58kg (127lbs) once and no abs at all. People say they are built on the kitchen but I can’t help but feel you NEED to train abs to get them visible. It’s not just a matter of visible abs, it’s a matter of core strength, which I have none, which makes many calisthenics moves really harder than they should be, I’ve never been able to stabilize my handstands because of this absolute raw pork belly of abs that I have, when I press down I can practically feel my guts. I’m a skinny guy but I’ve been training for 2 whole years and I’ve put up quite a decent amount of lean mass yet I’m still struggling with a core workout routine, any advice on this matter?
