How do you keep the fetishes in your writing barely disguised? They keep ending up as blatantly obvious when I write!

I am writing an epic science fantasy 20 part saga and, I plan on sneaking in some of my fetishes to spice things up just like any decent writer. The problem is that my fetishes end up as blatantly obvious even to the shit-for-brains that I found for my beta readers how do you keep your fetishes disguised when you write?

For context here are the fetishes I am trying to work in: femdom, big boobs, small boobs, maledom, necrophilia, bestiality, consening adult women, questionably consenting questionably aged girls, giantess, vore, scat, peeing, 16th - 17 century swords, spears, shotguns, AR15s, MtF, FtM, ATF, ATM, bloodplay, incest, breathplay, photoshop, big asses, tree-fucking, food-fucking, byzantine helmets, and several other fetishes which have no human names and have previously only been observed in dolphins.
