Warranty and tuning

I’m sure this post is all over this sub. But I just installed my mishimoto cold air intake last night. No tune yet. Only other things I have done is remark cat back and a Cobb shifter stop.

I have an accessport (gift from a friend) but I’m weary of tuning the car as I only have 3k miles on it. What have y’all run into with the car warranty wise. Should I tune. Should I wait. Help please.
