Atmospheric game suggestions?

I’ve been looking for an immersive game with good atmosphere to sink some time into. I prefer a good sense of realism and enjoy grim/dark settings but I’m not strictly looking for games like that and I’m open to trying anything I think I may like. Xbox suggestions only please.
