Question about the ending of Pirate Yakuza.

Ichiban says that Majima should introduce him to Moana and Naomi at the end. Do you think that means Ichiban and Saeko still aren't together or is it just 2 guys talking about girls? If it's the former, then Saeko definitely doesn't deserve Ichiban. I already thought that after she left him on read for a year, but if it's because of the shirt, then that's even more ridiculous.
