Anyone notice anymore views with adding face on thumbnails or even face cam on videos?

I’m deciding whether or not to do this. I actually kind of want to now atp. I’ve been doing YouTube for some months now. I feel like it would give the channel and videos a boost. Has adding facecam worked for you?
