Facial Numbness

My face feels like pins and needles when I touch it and just has felt so puffy. My lips have increased in size and are numb like the rest of my face but more sensitive. Is this normal or am I potentially allergic? Does this go away or do some of you guys just live with it til you don’t think about it anymore? Thank you in advance❤️
