Having trouble balancing since staying up late
I’m a 26 y/o male and travel as a consultant for work, so sometimes I get pretty busy on jobs. About 2 weeks ago I had a job where I worked a 7am-3pm shift, and then an 11pm-7am shift eight hours later. I only got about an hour of sleep before the 11pm shift. I then drove the 4 hours home and went to bed a little early.
When I got up the next day, I felt really dizzy like the world was spinning. I ignored it and figured I was tired. This persisted for about 3 days when it finally stopped. However, even 2 weeks later, I’m having trouble balancing. When I’m walking and turn a corner, sometimes I’ll lose my balance and turn too far one direction. When I stop walking, sometimes I also lose my balance. I drink 4-5 bottles of water a day, so I don’t think it’s dehydration. I’ve stayed up longer hours for personal travel before and never had this problem until now. How do I fix this? I’m hoping it’ll correct naturally, but it doesn’t seem to be so far.
