In burnout 3 Is there a difference beetween the Max speed (mph) of the top speed cars (super dominator, us circuit racer, euro circuit racer, world circuit racer?

I have Been watching burnout 3 speedruns and online vods, but I've noticed some cars mph might act different, for example super dominator hardly gets 208mph, meanwhile euro and world can get there more often, and also world circuit can keep Max speed 208mph without boost if you drive in a straight line. Is this just the mph meter or actually this cars act different, you know different max speeds or special perks that Made them unique?
