Working at Crumbl

I’m looking to getting a second job and would love to work at Crumbl. I applied to the online thing to two different stores near me and haven’t heard anything. Is it better to call and or go in person to ask for a job. Also the application only being “why should we hire you” seems kind of dumb. They don’t want a resume or anything lmao.

Also how much do you typically get paid?
