Off Cymbalta 10 days lightheaded + feet & body are numb

I have been off Cymbalta for 10 days and today I am extremely dizzy and my feet and parts of my body went numb. I also have head pressure. Yesterday I felt a little better, but today I feel horrible. Cymbalta at 60mg inebriated me for over a year, and tapering off gave me brain and body side effects like lightheadedness and shaking. I tapered down for 9 weeks, reinstating made me worse. Why dizzy? Why feet & body numb?
