What can I do to finish my homework

I really feel sad when I’m doing my homework, English is not my first language but I had learn 4 years bit still have a lot vocabulary or phrases I can’t understand, every time when I start doing homework my stomach starts hurt, that is not the reaction I want. I hope i can have a good attitude for doing homework, but the really is every single time to do homework its let me feel painful and sad

How can I do, I really need some advice 😞
