How does it all work

Miu's ultimate skill qualifies as an additional attack(two swords icon in the ultimate skill description). Diligent Perusal increases the damage of additional attacks. The only thing you need to do is activate this card with a secondary attack RIGHT before you activate your ultimate skills. You don't even need to wait for the secondary attack animation to appear. You can cut the secondary attack animation with the ultimate skill animation as shown in the video
You also need to keep the enemy in your crystal area so that the Battle Tactics card is always active. Otherwise, the bonus from the Diligent Perusal card will be halved.
