Ever seen your handiwork years later?

Let's say a family moves out of town or out of state and they want grandma that's been gone for 10 years to go with them to be interred into a new cemetery with a new casket. Ever ran into a situation like this and you were their embalmer? How did you feel? Were you impressed by the condition?

I once saw an image of a man that was disinterred after 10 or so years in the ground. He was being reexamined over a faulty heart valve by the ME. The text pointed out that besides some mold on his clothes and formation of grave wax on his cheeks out he was well "preserved".
