Account has been "proactively deactivated"

Hey everyone! I’m a PC EU Steam player here. When I got a notification about a letter from Zenimax, I immediately knew something was off. Seeing all the recent ban posts on this sub, I got pretty nervous that maybe they’d banned me over something dumb. Turns out I was half right: they think my account was compromised and deactivated it. Thing is, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t compromised. My password is super secure, my email requires a phone-auth code, and I always leave my characters in the exact same spot with the same amount of resources—so I’d definitely notice if something had changed. To get my account back, they’re asking me to provide some info, but here’s where I’m stuck: 1. Security question. I think I remember the answer, but I’m not 100% sure. Might need to try password recovery. 2. Where the account was made. Ok 3. Date and name of my first Crown purchase. Uh, what? I don’t even recall the date of my last Crown purchase, let alone the first one. I never actually bought any crowns; I just used the free ones that came with the base game and some promo that included a pig pet and a 14-day ESO Plus trial. 4. Game product ID or last four digits of the card used. I bought the game on Steam like a decade ago. I’m not sure if there was even a key, and I have no clue if I can still access it. So, I obviously can’t provide what they’re asking in point 3. I remember there used to be a Crown purchase history on the website, but I can’t access that now since my account’s deactivated. Also, I occasionally played via cloud gaming, which means every session could show as coming from a different remote PC. My last session was about two months ago. Other than that, I’ve always played on my laptop or my main PC. What should I do? Has anyone else had this problem before? Why would I even receive something like that?
