Help with body camera recording

My dad bought a cheap body camera for when he does security, I tried helping him to set it up but for some reason, I cannot get it to record to the SD card. It looks like it's recording but when I check the SD card, it's blank.

I wasn't able to find any type of manual online. I know this is a long shot but I'd give it a try.
