about a year and a half apart! i’m 5’6, 22 and i went from 250lbs→ 128lbs, took me about a year to get here but it was so worth it! used 18:6 and the gym!

Honestly a crazy transformation. 1 year ago in my snap memories vs today! 250lbs → 129lbs I used 18:6 IF and a calorie deficit of 1700 cals a day! I also got a gym membership about 3 months ago! I’m 21 and 5’6 btw!

My cardio (mostly what i do) is 5 miles on the treadmill at 4.7 speed at a 6.0 incline!😊 I also lift
